Slow cooker baked bean recipe?

I always bake my baked beans in the oven – but thought i would do them in the slow cooker today to go with our burgers this evening for dinner. Any of you have some good slow cooker baked bean recipes out there?
I’m not using dried beans – I have 3 cans of pork n beans on hand – that i was planning on draining and using to make the baked beans.
