Haha! Figures I’d look up venison recipes and it end up being from MI…same here, buddy. LOVE HUNTING! ^^
AWESOME Man! I am gonna try it…Love the ted nugent Fred bear song at the end too one of my favorites to listen to when archery comes around!! Thanks again from bakersfield CA.
“Worchestershire” is pronouncer “Worstershire”. Good vid.
Thanks a lot for the kind comments. I’ve found that stew is a really good way to introduce people to venison that may not be familiar with it. It’s better than beef in stew and it usually surprises people with its mild tender flavor. Now just try to work them up to a thick, bloody, gamey tasting grilled tenderloin! That’s what us woodsmen live for! Thanks again.
AWESOME JOB!!!!!!!!
I tried this stew in a slow cooker this weekend and my family loved it!!! The in-laws from New York never had deer meat and they couldn’t believe how good it tender it was.!!!!!!! Great Job Buddy
except by the onions and tomatoes, loved it.

It is a commonly butchered word, that’s for sure. =)
I approve of the way your pronounce “Worchestershire!” This looks yummy. I also like the combination of ground meat with stew meat. Interesting.
